Is MMA (mixed Martial Arts) the greatest sport in the world?
Please give examples of skills (strength, speed) required in other sports that make it better than MMA.
Rugby- Rugby doesn’t require as much stamina because there is a half time and substitutions. It doesn’t require individualism because everyone has their own specific task. And it doesn’t require as much intelligence because they have a coach to come up with the gameplan.
Yes.Overall in MMA you need strength,speed,endurance,all of the above. In other sports you can lag in one area. I’ve known football and baseball players who wouldn’t last in the octagon. Boxing is close but your legs aren’t used which is not realistic.
